It was different not having microphone access, so the service is 100% reliant on the chat. So I think if the service could have a small like floating chat box that can stay in the corner of the screen while you navigate to the different pages you are showing the tutor through screen share.

AMAZING TUTOR. HANDS DOWN, the tutor was the best. Elio (correct me if i am wrong on the tutor i had). He was able to break it down by doing steps by steps. It is a about time we have people that are like this tutor. It was worth my time and effort. I was able to now understand the materials.
